The service
VanInvoice is provided by Sovereign Arc Software Ltd. It helps you dictate, generate and send quotes, invoices and receipts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the pricing, tax rates and details you send to your clients.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Free jobs and subscription
New accounts include a limited number of free jobs. Continued use requires an active monthly subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Do not use VanInvoice for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
AI-generated content
Line items produced from your dictation are generated by automated speech and language models and may contain errors. Always review a document before sending it to a client.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovereign Arc Software Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or incorrect invoicing amounts.
